the breakfast had a good selection.
the shower drain was slow and produced an unpleasant smell occasionally. securing the shower head during use also proved difficult, i had to hold it in place while showering. the lack of proper maintenance was noticeable and frustrating.

The bed was surprisingly firm. It felt harder than I expected. The location required reliance on taxis or rideshares. There were few walkable restaurants nearby. I missed having more easily accessible dining options. The thin comforter was an odd choice for comfort.

the customer service was the WORST. the rude, unprofessional staff refused to change my room's location despite the glaring red lights, and there were no blackout curtains. they refused service on time, including housekeeping, refilling coffee, and delivering bags.

i found the staff very helpful. the rooftop pool provided amazing views. i liked the convenient shuttle service to nearby attractions. the hotel offered reliable wifi access throughout the premises.
the elevator system sometimes caused short delays that was the only slight issue.
