the breakfast had a good selection.
the shower drain was slow and produced an unpleasant smell occasionally. securing the shower head during use also proved difficult, i had to hold it in place while showering. the lack of proper maintenance was noticeable and frustrating.

The bed was surprisingly firm. It felt harder than I expected. The location required reliance on taxis or rideshares. There were few walkable restaurants nearby. I missed having more easily accessible dining options. The thin comforter was an odd choice for comfort.

the customer service was the WORST. the rude, unprofessional staff refused to change my room's location despite the glaring red lights, and there were no blackout curtains. they refused service on time, including housekeeping, refilling coffee, and delivering bags.

the room was clean the hotel offered a shuttle to the city center i found this very useful due to a strike the staff were helpful and friendly. the pool was a highlight it had great views of the acropolis i spent a lot of time there i found it relaxing. the adult pool was a nice addition it was clean and quiet it had lovely views.
the cancellation policy was very rigid it was difficult to modify my reservation even with extenuating circumstances the customer service was difficult to reach no one answers the phone. i found the location to be a bit distant from main attractions it was on an uncrossable highway there were limited nearby places to eat. i noticed the loungers at the pool were tired they was grubby the drink service was limited.
